Delete your Peekisode account
You can delete your Peekisode account at any time. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open Peekisode and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, tick the confirmation box, and tap Delete my account.
You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s done.
Can’t use the app?
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Peekisode account”, from the email address you sign in with (or the one linked to your Facebook or Google sign-in). We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account, usually within 7 days, and email you when it’s done.
What’s deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (Facebook, Google or email)
- Your coins, and every episode and chapter you unlocked
- Saved and liked titles, watch and reading history, and settings
- If you’re a creator: your creator profile and name. Your published titles are taken down right away and permanently deleted after 30 days. Creator earnings you haven’t withdrawn are given up; withdrawals you already requested are still paid.
What’s kept, and why
- Creator payout records (amounts paid, requested or given up) are kept for accounting.
- A short internal note that the account was deleted, and the reason you gave if you chose to give one.
- Your Google Play purchase history is kept by Google, not by Peekisode.
VIP subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a VIP subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it first in the Play Store: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
