Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Peekisode (“we”, “us”), operated from the Philippines, for using the Peekisode app and peekisode.com. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Peekisode.

1. Who can use Peekisode

Peekisode is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the app.

2. Guest use and accounts

You can use Peekisode as a guest. Guest coins, unlocks and progress are tied to your phone and may be lost if you clear app data or change phones. Signing in with Facebook, Google or email keeps them across devices. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Coins and VIP

• Some episodes and chapters are free. Others are unlocked with coins or a VIP plan.
• You can earn coins free (daily check-ins, rewards, optional ads) or buy them through Google Play.
• VIP plans (weekly, monthly, annual) renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• The full price, in your local currency, is shown by Google Play before you pay. We don’t add any extra fees.
• Coins have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money or transferred.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Content

Dramas, novels, cover art and other media in Peekisode are for your personal viewing and reading inside the app. You may not download, copy, share or show them publicly outside the app. Some content is made with the help of AI tools.

Some novels can be listened to with AI Narration. That audio is made with an AI voice, created with the permission of the person whose voice it is based on, and it is labeled “AI Narration” in the reader. It’s covered by the same rules as the text.

5. Creators

Creators who submit work agree to the separate creator agreement shown in the app before submitting. They must own the rights to what they submit, and every submission is reviewed before it goes live. Creator earnings are paid as described in that agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to get around paywalls or content protection, scrape or bulk-download content, abuse free coins or rewards (for example with fake accounts or reinstalls), pretend to be someone else, or use Peekisode for anything illegal.

7. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Peekisode any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at peekisode.com/delete-account.

8. Disclaimer and limits on our responsibility

Peekisode is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses from using the app, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app about important changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
